Delete your RumFuel account

You can delete your account and all its data at any time.

In the app

1. Open RumFuel and go to Account.
2. Tap Privacy & your data, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm with your password (or a 2-step verification code).

Without the app

Email support@rumfuel.co.uk from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your account, trips, vehicles, receipts and their photos, saved stations, alerts, reports and connected accounting apps are deleted straight away. We keep a short security record that an account was deleted (for up to 12 months) to prevent fraud.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store's subscription settings.
